Costa Cruises is launching a new logo and dining experiences to help guests make the most of their time on board.
Costa Cruises is launching a new logo and dining experiences on its ships. The new logo will be used for both the company’s cruise line and its hotel chain.
Costa Cruises, an Italian company, has revealed new features and services on its ships and shore excursions that will improve the passenger experience in the future.
We decided to fully refresh our offer now that our ships are sailing again. We can speak about a completely new style of traveling with Costa because of the improvements. “We want everyone who vacations with us to have unique, engaging experiences while experiencing places in the most genuine, informative, and sustainable manner possible,” said Mario Zanetti, Costa Cruises’ President.
“Cruise tourism has been associated with Costa for more than 70 years. At this critical juncture in the tourist recovery, we wanted to rewrite the future of cruises in a manner that is more responsible and aware of people and the environment, with the goal of returning the industry to the steady growth it had before to 2020.”
Passengers will be able to discover locations via unique experiences as part of the brand’s new idea. Costa has concentrated on three important areas to achieve this: food, tours, and sustainability.

In terms of eating, Costa has enlisted the help of three internationally famous chefs: Bruno Barbieri, Hélène Darroze, and ngel León. The trio has researched genuine dishes from the locations visited by Costa’s ships and reworked them with their own expertise. The Archipelago restaurant and Destination Dishes are two new elements included by the cruise company.
Destination Dishes are unique dishes created by the three chefs based on the customs and tastes of the destinations passengers will visit the next day. They’re offered in all of the fleet’s major eateries.

The new Archipelago restaurant is now accessible on the Costa Smeralda and will be available on additional Costa ships in the near future. There are three different meals to select from, one for each chef. The menus include five dishes designed to highlight each leg of the journey via food, with the majority of ingredients coming from local suppliers.
The “island” tables in Archipelago are enclosed by a copper sculpture containing one-of-a-kind driftwood pieces. The Costa Crociere Foundation’s “Guardians of the Coast” environmental education initiative for the preservation of the Italian coastline recovered this driftwood.
Costa will contribute a portion of the profits from each meal served at the Archipelago to the Costa Crociere Foundation, which supports environmental and humanitarian initiatives.

Costa Cruises has redesigned its trip offerings to allow customers to visit lesser-known destinations.
Itineraries have also been modified to allow the longest port visits in cruise history, enabling passengers full days to explore places and make the most of their vacation.
Costa Cruises has also changed its logo, the famous “C” that has accompanied the business on the high seas for almost 70 years. The new “C” embraces two motifs: the earth, which appears in yellow on the bottom half of the logo, and the sea, which appears in blue on the top section.

Costa Smeralda and Costa Firenze in the western Mediterranean, Costa Luminosa and Deliziosa in the eastern Mediterranean, and Costa Diadema offering trips to Spain and Portugal have all received the newest upgrades and modifications from the cruise line.
These enhancements will be progressively extended to the following ships when they return to service, including the brand-new Costa Toscana, which is scheduled to sail in March 2022.
